1. During the excavation process of a wheeled excavator, the "four prohibitions" should be implemented: ① It is prohibited to rotate the bucket according to the instructions of the wheeled excavator before leaving the working surface. ② Sharp rotation is prohibited. ③ It is prohibited to use the side of the bucket to level the soil pile. ④ It is prohibited to use a bucket to impact the working surface on the side.
2. According to the rotation range of the wheel excavator boom, it should be controlled between 45 ° -60 °, and according to the weight of the wheel excavator, the tilt angle should be controlled between 30 ° -45 °.
3. According to the wheel excavator, when traveling uphill, the track driving wheel should be at the back, when going downhill, the track driving wheel should be at the front, and the boom should be at the back. The boom is parallel to the track. The rotating mechanism should be in a braking state, and the bucket should not be more than 1 meter above the ground. Uphill and downhill slopes should not exceed 20 °, and downhill slopes should be at low speeds, and variable speed sliding is prohibited.
4. Prohibit the simultaneous operation of wheeled excavators in the upper and lower excavation sections; When the working face is rotating simultaneously, a flat ground should be selected and obstacles in the passage should be removed. If moving on soft ground, square wood must be placed under the walking device.

5. It is prohibited to work under high-altitude objects such as power lines. According to wheeled excavators, it is not allowed to work under shutdown, and a fully loaded bucket is not allowed to stay in the space for a long time.
6. When a wheeled excavator needs to be parked on a slope, the bucket must be lowered to the ground, all control levers placed in the center position, stopped and brake, and wedges should be placed at the rear of the track or tire.
1) The technical status of wheeled excavators has a significant impact on their productivity, especially the power performance of the engine. In addition, when the bucket teeth are worn, the cutting resistance of the bucket will increase by 60% -90%. According to the fire prevention of the wheeled excavator, the dull bucket teeth should be replaced.
2) In the construction organization, the driving route of the dump truck should be planned in advance, and unnecessary uphill roads should be removed. For each excavation lane of the wheeled excavator, it is necessary to have an empty return lane to avoid mutual interference when the dump truck enters and exits. Each operating lane should be maintained in good condition to facilitate the operation of the dump truck.
3) Properly carry out construction organization design. The number and carrying capacity of dump trucks matched with wheeled excavators should meet the requirements for production capacity of wheeled excavators, and the capacity of dump trucks should be an integer multiple of the bucket capacity of wheeled excavators. At the same time, the double loading method should be used as much as possible, so that one truck can be loaded according to the wheel excavator, and then another truck can be loaded. As the two dump trucks are parked on the arc line that can be reached by the wheel excavator bucket for unloading soil, the bucket can rotate clockwise to fill the truck, and reverse can also fill the other truck, thereby improving the loading efficiency.
4) According to the wheel excavator driver, they should have proficient operating skills and try to use composite operations to shorten the working cycle time of the wheel excavator.
